Low-Fat Healthy & Nutritional Banana Smoothie

Bananas are not only delicious and convenient,they provide a wide range of health benefits.This simple fruit,the banana,has loads of nutritional benefits.Here are some of the benefits :-

Ingredients :-


  1. Ripe Bananas (Medium Size) - 2-3 (Peeled & Make a Paste)
  2. Chilled Milk - 2 cups
  3. Honey - 3-4 tbsp
  4. Ice-Cubes - 2-4
  5. Lemon Juice - 1-2 tsp
  6. Vanilla Essence/Banana Essence - 1/4 tsp
  7. Vanilla Ice-Cream - 1 scoop (Optional - For Richer Taste)
  8. Almonds - 2-3 (Crushed)


Method :-


  1. Add all the ingredients except vanilla ice-cream & almonds.
  2. Blend until smooth,creamy & frothy.
  3. Pour into serving glass and put a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top and garnish with crushed almonds.
  4. Decorate your drink as you wish.
  5. Serve Immediately.
