Chatpata Fish Chilli





Ingredients For Frying :-

  1. Fish ( Boneless) - 500 grms (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Egg Whites - 2
  3. Red Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
  4. Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  5. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1\4 tsp (Optional)
  8. Salt To Taste
  9. Oil For Frying


Ingredients For Gravy :-
  1. Onion (Cut into square pieces) - 1 (Medium Size)
  2. Capsicum (Cut into square pieces) - 1 (Small Size)
  3. Garlic Cloves (Crushed) - 5-6 
  4. Ginger ( Crushed) - 2 inch
  5. Green Chillies (Cut into slits) - 1-2 
  6. Tomato Sauce - 5-6 tbsp
  7. Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  8. Vinegar - 2 tsp
  9. Red Chilli Paste - 1 tsp
  10. Chinese Salt (Ajinomotto) - 1\2 tsp
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
  12. Salt To Taste
  13. Spring Onions for Garnishing
  14. Orange Food Color ( Optional )
                                             
Method :- 

1). Wash the fish nicely.
2). Now take a bowl and mix cornflour,garlic paste,egg white,salt,pepper powder,red chilli paste,red chilli powder and  fish.Mix nicely.
3). Now heat oil and fry fish pieces on medium-high heat.
4). Keep aside.
5). Now in a frying pan\kadhai add oil and saute chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies for 1 min.
6). Add onion,capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins.
7). Now add tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli paste,chinese salt,orange food color,salt and little water and cook for 2 mins.
8). At this stage add fried fish pieces and mix nicely.Switch off the gas.
9). Garnish with spring Onions.
10). Serve Hot & Enjoy :)
